Passionate about all aspects within the landscape, our three directors each provide 20 years of both hard and soft landscaping construction knowledge and experience. Working closely with our in-house and external designers, as well as clients to create fully functional and clean flowing landscapes to be enjoyed for years to come.
Our STory
Established as a Landscape Construction company, we have since expanded to include a garden maintenance division and, most recently, a dedicated design service. With a team of 30 employees across all divisions, we are driven by an enthusiastic and passionate crew led by senior management, striving for excellence and integrity in everything we do. We strongly believe in training from the ground up, fostering young, talented landscapers to shape the company’s future. Our commitment to quality remains at the core of our work, consistently delivering outstanding results across all projects.
Our process
CLS will arrange an initial meeting with the client to discuss the project. If a landscape design has not already been completed, CLS will dedicate their time to ensuring all your design considerations are heard and then provide you with an extensive design fee proposal.
Following the design stages, we provide our clients with a detailed quotation that outlines all construction techniques and material specifications. We are also committed to working within your budget requirements and will work with you when cost saving measures are needed. All construction projects that are undertaken with CLS are completed using contracts from our industry body, Landscaping Victoria, offering clients peace of mind and confidence to proceed.
Upon completion of the project we offer a handover package containing full-service drawings, material data sheets and photos of construction process. At the clients request our horticulturalist department will offer a Garden Maintenance proposal ensuring your new garden can reach its full potential.
Our Services
LANDSCAPE Design
The CLS design team is passionate about landscaping, creating gardens that reflect your needs while complementing the unique characteristics of your property. CLS can design projects of all sizes, from small courtyards and balconies to large-scale residential. The design process begins with an introductory meeting, either face-to-face or online, where a lead designer or director discusses your requirements, ideas, and general layouts. Following this, you’ll receive a detailed design Fee proposal which will have a clear outline of the landscape design brief. The team then provides preliminary concept plans, including a mood board, proposed layouts, features, planting, and material palettes, working with you to make any modifications. Once approved, you’ll receive a concept plan set suitable for use during construction.
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION
CLS is a registered builder with a large team of experienced and qualified staff, specialising in all aspects of landscape construction to ensure lasting results. The construction process begins with the dedicated estimation team carefully reviewing your designs to provide a detailed landscape quotation, itemising each aspect of the project and offering a complete cost breakdown. This quotation highlights all specifications, including materials, ensuring clarity on every element. With a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality, CLS takes pride in constructing gardens that are built to endure and exceed expectations.
Garden Maintenance
Led by our qualified horticulturalist, CLS offers a range of tailored Garden Maintenance services to keep your garden in top condition. Whether you require regular ongoing care or seasonal Garden Maintenance for specific needs, the team ensures every aspect of your garden is expertly tended to. From plant health and pruning to fertilisation and overall upkeep, CLS provides knowledgeable and attentive care to maintain the beauty and health of your garden all year round.
