What areas do you service?
Currently CLS maintains gardens through the inner south east and bayside area’s. We do have garden maintenance clients outside of this area so please do not hesitate to see if we can also maintain your garden.
What types of properties do you maintain?
All of our current garden maintenance properties are private residentials. These can include regular ongoing maintenance, seasonal or one-off garden maintenance visits.
Do you have a minimum charge?
All maintenance projects are charged per hour. If the property is not located within our general area of works or near by another project, travel fee’s may be applied. Please reach out to get a maintenance proposal to see hourly rates.
How often do I require maintenance?
Our maintenance clients typically follow a one, two, or four week cycle to keep their gardens healthy and well-presented. Although we also offer occasional and seasonal garden maintenance depending on your needs, we can accommodate your preferences.
What is the best process to start garden maintenance?
Please contact us at contact@clsolutions.com.au to arrange a meeting with one of our garden maintenance team members. During the meeting, we will discuss your garden goals and budget for ongoing, seasonal, or one-off maintenance visits. These consultations are free, and following the meeting, our team member will provide you with a tailored maintenance proposal.
What would garden maintenance include?
During your visit, our team can provide a range of services, including fertilising, pest and disease control, weeding, mulching, pruning, lawn care, and green waste removal. We will also monitor your irrigation system throughout the seasons and make adjustments as needed. If any work falls outside the agreed maintenance proposal or requires additional services, we will provide written communication outlining the additional work prior to completion.
Can I make changes to my scheduled visits?
Yes, if you need to add, postpone, or review the number of visits for your property, please contact our Head of Maintenance, and we will adjust your schedule accordingly.
