Do you construct all elements within the landscaping project?
CLS has experience delivering construction projects ranging from small courtyards to expansive acreage. Our expertise includes pergolas, paving, retaining walls, sports courts, water features, decking, and all softscape elements. We also collaborate with leading pool builders across Victoria and can assist in managing pool construction.
How can I get a quotation for construction?
If you have had a design completed by CLS the inhouse estimation team will have already begun completing the quotation. Alternatively if you have had a landscape plan completed externally, you can send through the plans to contact@clsolutions.com.au with a brief description of the project and your expected timelines. From there one of the construction estimation team will reach out with any further questions and to arrange a site meeting.
How long does a construction quotation take?
Our estimation team strives to complete quotations promptly, allowing you to plan your project timelines effectively. Completion times may vary, typically taking a few weeks depending on the project’s size, complexity and included elements.
What is included in my construction quotation?
Our quotations are itemised to clearly outline the associated works and any exclusions. Some items may be listed as Provisional Sums due to their variable nature or the need for additional details from qualified architects, draftsmen, or engineers or permit requirements. If necessary, CLS will provide an estimation for engineering and permits to ensure the project progresses smoothly and on time.
Do you charge for Landscape quotations?
All our landscape quotations are provided free of charge, offering you a detailed and transparent cost breakdown without any obligation. This allows you to explore your project options and make informed decisions with confidence, knowing that our experienced estimation team has carefully reviewed every aspect of the proposed design.
I have accepted the quotation, what are the next steps?
CLS uses contracts provided by our industry body, Landscaping Victoria. These contracts must be reviewed and signed by CLS representatives and all property title owners. Additionally, CLS will go through the process of securing domestic building insurance specific to your project.
How soon can construction begin?
Our lead times can vary depending on the current workload, the complexity of your project, and the availability of materials and fabrication. If permits are required, projects may not begin until all necessary approvals are obtained.
How long does construction take?
Once the project has been quoted, our Construction manager will be able to give you an estimated project duration, factors such as complexity of elements, size of the project and accessibility. Following the completion of your project, a final hand over meeting will be scheduled which our CLS project manager will attend with our Lead Horticulturist to then provide you with a Garden Maintenance proposal.
